1. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases arranged through Maglobal. Because many orders are confirmed through our support team, please always reference your order confirmation or invoice when contacting us.
2. Return window
Unless a product is marked as final sale, custom, or non-returnable in your order confirmation, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law or where we agree in writing due to a verified product defect.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must generally be:
- Unused and in the same condition received
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, assembly damage, or alterations
- Returned with original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories where reasonably possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase / order reference
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-returnable items
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or specially finished items
- Clearance, final-sale, or explicitly non-returnable products
- Items damaged by improper assembly, misuse, or normal wear after delivery acceptance
- Gift cards or services, if offered
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Note visible damage on the delivery receipt when possible
- Photograph the packaging, label, and affected product
- Contact info@maglobalservices.org within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
We will review the claim and arrange repair, replacement, partial refund, or return authorization as appropriate.
6. How to start a return
- Email support with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if relevant
- Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions before shipping anything back
- Pack the item securely in original or equivalent packaging
- Ship using the method we approve and keep tracking information
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
7. Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any carrier-related fees. Original outbound shipping charges are typically non-refundable.
8. Inspections and restocking
Returned items are inspected on receipt. If an item is returned used, incomplete, or damaged beyond normal inspection handling, we may reduce the refund, charge a restocking fee (up to 20% where permitted), or decline the return.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing can take several business days after inspection, and your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
For orders paid by alternative methods arranged through support, refund timing and method will be confirmed in writing.
10. Cancellations before shipping
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel it. Custom or already-processed manufacturer orders may not be cancellable.
11. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability. If you need a different size, finish, or product, contact support and we will advise whether an exchange, store credit, or new quote is the best option.
